Goto kalpatarubeads.com and press New Registration. A data form will appear. Fill it and submit it and you are registered to the site.

How to see bigger image of thumbnails in product catalogue?

Ans 2.

Press thumbnail image with mouse right click, and keep the mouse pointer over it until the bigger image appears. After you see the image just remove the mouse pointer from the thumbnail image.

What about product catalogue?

Ans 3.

There are two types of product catalogues in the site:

1. First Catalogue is for guests. Contain product descriptions only.

2. Second Catalogue is for Registered Users. Contains complete cart with product description.

How to order?

Ans 4.

Only registered users can order through this site. Go to the product catalogue, select the product, fill the quantity you required and press ENTER. Your product will be added to the CART. After selecting the products, go to VIEW CART and check you’re provisional order. After checking it press FORWARD ORDER and order will be forwarded to us for further process.

What if product I want, is not in cart?

Ans 5.

There are around 3 to 5 thousand different sub-categories in Handmade Articles. So, this is possible you won’t find the appropriate item. You can contact us at our email address kalpataruimport@hotmail.com with complete product details with photograph & quantity.

What are the payment conditions?

Payment conditions are regular, you can pay through:

1. L/C (Letter of Credit - for big orders)

2. Western Union Transfer.

3. Telegraphic Transfer.

What is the delivery period?

Delivery period depends on the quantity of product and shall be set at the time of signing the Performa Invoice. Still the maximum time is 60 days to reach to the dock to deliver.

What is the PROVISIONAL ORDER?

The products you select to the CART, but did not FORWARD it to process is called as PROVISIONAL ORDER.

What is the FORWARDED ORDER?

The PROVISIONAL ORDER forwarded for the process the called as FORWARDED ORDER.

What is the maximum period of PROVISIONAL ORDER?

The maximum period of PROVISIONAL ORDER is 7 days. At ARYAMs shopping cart system, user gets 7 days to select the products and forward it to process. The site saves your provisional order and keeps it for next 7 days. If you see that 7 days are not enough and you need some more days to forward your order, send a request mail to us.
